I’ve joined my uncle business in Palm Oil Plantation Contractor and Supplier since the last 2 month.
Although there is not much improve in this business, but I learned much.

The key for offline business is not just about buying and selling, but how you get through the communication value with others. To get big project, you must sacrifice your time in making relationship.

In my town area, there are about 130+ Palm Oil Plantation to be considering getting more projects. There is some of demand in technical supplier and machines recondition services. I start to learn and getting interested in this subject.

About 2 weeks ago, I have joined my uncle business in General Trading and Machinery Equipment.
The key point to get more project in this business is relationship and product knowledge.

There is one thing called relationship link. When you have more link from the top management in the companies related to your business, you will gain more power to win the project.

Getting a chance to have a relationship from the top management will enrich your offline business networking.

In business, there is one important thing you must keep in your mindset.
Getting personal touch with your client is the most easy way to keep your business relationship.

The key to success in business is communication.
There is no relationship without know how to build a better communication with other people.

Some of the keys to build the better communication:

• Being Honest
  When you speak to other people, they will get to know your attitude first.
  One of the way to keep other people respect is speak the truth and realistic. Every people has different mind set. When you speak with the honest from the deep in your hearth, they will know that you give some respect to them.
• Low Profile
  The key to keep your personal intouch with other people is low profile. Most people have the different personality that you must keep in your mind. It’s better if they want to share their personal privacy with you. All people are our friends, not an enemy.
• Be a Good Listener
  Sometimes you may be feel that other people like to talk and act like they were being great person. You must know this situation, when they like to talk and speak, keep listen to them.
