After a long time since I am busy in offline business, then I would like to tell you that about my wedding day on July’8 2007.

This post indicate that I am still exist on the internet. It just my busy day still not ended yet.

Now I am in the project to create Online Job Vacancy and Scolarships Portal - www.riaujobs.com.

Well, until now the project design was already about 50% progress.
I hope to finish it as soon as possible, but if you want a perfect job.

We can force it to do it fast. The result will be not great.

I am back now from a long day hiastus from blog journal.

Business today have so many competition, especially in online business.
For the next New Year 2007, it will be a long day to start your business cycle again.

It’s very long way to go, I don’t have much time in develop and get money from adsense now.

I am in the beginning of interest with Local Content.
It seems good to start from now on. Because Today on the internet, so many websites appear with new brand of products and services.

How about create more high availibility and usability for local content?

So many times I realize that your dream would give you a boost of motivation insider.
Thomas Alfa Edison has invented the first lamp in the world not just because he was tried it hard.

It’s the dream. It will give you motivation and hope.

How do you dream about your intentions to reach your goals?

- Personally, I am just having my dream inside of my head.
- Everytime I wake up, I put my dream inside of my body and my soul.
- In every second in my life, I feel that I must reach my dream.

This is the way I do with my dream for goal.

I’ve joined my uncle business in Palm Oil Plantation Contractor and Supplier since the last 2 month.
Although there is not much improve in this business, but I learned much.

The key for offline business is not just about buying and selling, but how you get through the communication value with others. To get big project, you must sacrifice your time in making relationship.

In my town area, there are about 130+ Palm Oil Plantation to be considering getting more projects. There is some of demand in technical supplier and machines recondition services. I start to learn and getting interested in this subject.

What is the most important thing to know?
Getting up on time will give you a more efficient way to start your daily life and intentions.
When people ask me about The time I usually get up in the morning. I answer them that I usually get up in 10.00 AM.

“Oh My God, you was so late at that time to wake up”, they answered me again.
I usually wake up in 10 AM because I sleep over in 3 AM morning.

I know this thing is bad.
Thanks to Steve that teach me how to rise up in the morning with the alarm to set the time.

When you imagine your financial condition, can you reach your Passive Income?

Passive Income can be reach if we Think in the certain way.
If you get a wrong perception detail about your goals, you will see the wrong way to your success.

How can we determine that our perception is true?

• The goal is not about the process to reach, but the result of our intentions
• Did your goal details measureable?
• You think that the goal was imposible to reach
• You don’t have the realistic planning.

If all the list that I describe above not listed in your mind and you have the wrong thinking, please change your way of thinking and your intentions.

Hi, after getting around with my offline business, I even don’t remember to spare a time to write my business blog.

Well, I would like to share my story with you all.
When you feel the dark is over, you will see the real of your true life.
You can’t hide behind the truth.

What the best of my life is to express your feeling in the way you act.
That is why I write my own journal in my online blog.

My Journal Until Now :

• Getting more students (72 students) in my Techindo Computer Education Center
• 8 March 2006 - New Collection Store Grand Openning. We have to after the market sales for my collection of new brand woman fashion store.
• I have closed a new Free Hosting Registration in Techindo Hosting Business.

I really miss my old days when I am still in the university.
You must be known that more ages mean more responsibility.
I really have to make all preparation to take care all my father responsibility.

I have more busy day in the past few weeks.
I start my new bright day.

Every business I started from scratch currently have more improvement.

2 months business implementation:

• More customer in my Techindo Solution Center offline business.
• More employees (15 people) in my Solution Center
• Grand opening for New Collection Fashion Store
• Open Class for Basic How to Draw Manga.
• Web Development and Domain Registration Center in Indonesia
• More offline project based on Information Technology

I hope that I could find more business minded friends in this town.

The key to reach my goals:
- Self Discipline
- Early Riser
- Persistent
- Networking
- Customer Based Business.

I would like to thank Steve for the motivation insider that could bring me so much value in life.

After losing my sense of business for a while, now I’ve found my trully intention to reach my dream.

What is my dream inside?
You can reach your dream by do all effort to get your goal intentions.

Sometimes people did not realize the real value of life.
This was my consideration to start my business journey to the end of time.

Life purposes = to feed your needs + to get happiness.
When I see the light in the morning star, suddenly inspiration came out.

What to do in the next of my journal?

- there is a thing called road map.

Life is beautiful like what they said. How much pain did you need to get to reach your beautiful life?

- there is a thing called the power of thinking.
It’s non sense if human being do not have to think about the plan and the future prediction.
Every section of my offline business always have the daily plan and journal to write in my book.

- there is a thing called the power of networking.
Every human being may not happy without having relationship with the other. They may grow up in their business if they have relation in business network.

- there is a thing called love.
This love is not the same as loving a girl or a man. What I mean is to love everybody, every human being that you know each other.

- there is a thing called responsibility.
All people must have their own responsibility, so they will know what to do in the next future.

- there is a thing called trust.
If any person did not trust you anymore, how could you struggling in this globalization era.
Gaining trust from people help you to increase your credibility in every section of business or life.

I hope all of people in this world ever know some of this things.
